Not Too Long Ago
I saw some cheap hats, specifically cowboy hats, online and I can’t help but be transported back in time during my boy’s “Moving On” affair sometime March this year.
Here’s one of the photos during that affair.
Matt, donning a white cowboy hat, still looked baby-ish here. But looks cute in this cowboy get-up nonetheless. […]
Squiggles, scrawlings
Matt’s learning to draw. Yay! So he doodles and makes a lot of scrawlings but he’s learning to draw the sun and flowers and cars.
I taught him these images to draw and he’s caught on quite easily. Actually, this is my way of preparing him to make a note for Pops on his birthday. I […]
A Lot Better
Here’s a health update before I check on the healthcare job bank.
Matt’s doing great today. Healthwise, he’s a lot better than yesterday. Haven’t heard any cough today–thank you Lord. I’m just worried because he plays a lot of sand in the school playground. Oh man, how he loves sifting through sand! Methinks he loves […]

“It’s from the pork meat, anak.”
“Is it a Chinese pig, Mama?”
Now, is it? ![]()
What’s the Difference?
Matt had one of his “moments” this morning as I assisted him in finishing his assignments. Not forcing the issue, I had to halt our “session.”
Before going to work, I asked my sister if she could continue to work with Matt. If possible. Maybe with just one assignment.
Hours later, I saw her update on Facebook […]
Time to chill
After the hectic we had last week, I’m glad that we can sit back and relax for the next couple of days. Matt has no class starting today until Wednesday. So it’s time for him to have a break. While at home, he has to do some homework though.
But I truly welcome this opportunity to […]
