My Name Is McDonald

I was preparing for work this morning when Matt told me:
 
 ”You look like Mc Donalds.”
 
He was laughing so hard while looking at me, obviously  so amused with what he saw.
 
I was not doing anything -I was just brushing my teeth for goodness sake! Nor wearing anything funny or weird.
 
But he repeated the statement again.
